1. What the site is

DexDojo provides free Pokémon information, guides and tools. It's for general information and fun.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to keep the information and tools accurate and up to date, but everything is provided "as is", with no warranties. Game data can change with new games and updates, and tool results are for guidance only, so check anything important against the games themselves.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. That means no trying to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale or get unauthorised access to it, no using it for anything unlawful, and no copying large parts of our content to publish as your own.

4. Intellectual property

The site's own design, text and original graphics belong to Lander Creations. Pokémon names, trademarks and game data mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. See our unofficial fan-site disclaimer. You're welcome to link to us and share pages.

5. Adverts and affiliate links

There are no adverts or affiliate links on DexDojo yet. We plan to add adverts (Google AdSense) and affiliate links (Amazon Associates). When we do, they'll be labelled, and our ads & affiliate disclosure explains how they work. We aren't responsible for third-party websites you reach through adverts or links.

6. Availability

We may change, pause or remove the site or any feature at any time, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, Lander Creations isn't liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site or its tools.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you use the site from outside the UK, you're responsible for following your local laws.
